      Hi @cucumbermustache
I’m so sorry to hear about your friend, but what they did is really amazing.
Medical science really needs donations of bodies to help research. It can make a huge difference and aid medical advances and understanding.

I am on the organ donor register, but if my organs can’t be used after I die I would like my body to be used to help medical science.

      What’s your opinion of it?

      Thanks for a great question!

I think the same as Suzi about this. I have recently had my will changed to say explicitly that I want my organs to be donated for transplant if they can be, and, if they can’t, then my body should be used for medical research.

May your friend rest in peace.
