      There are some drugs which are labelled as bad that may have good points.

      Heroin is a pain killer, drugs almost identical to heroin (morphine) are given to people with chronic pain to help them.

      Cannabis can help people with arthritis and other problems, and is sometimes prescribed as ‘medical marijuana’.

      Some research seems to suggest that a glass of wine may be good for you, but the evidence for this is not very strong, so I’m not sure myself.
