Yes you ‘sort of’ can. By that I mean you can do one of two things:
(1) You can make healthy food fast – a salad can be quicker to make than chips, especially if you take preparation into account (peeling potatoes can takes ages).
(2) You can make ‘fast-food’ style food but with fresh ingredients so it is a lot slower to make. You can often replace parts of recipes with something more nutritious but it can take a lot of trial and error to work out what tastes good.
