• Question: could a human survive with a bullet of foreign object in the brain?

      Yes, people can survive with foreign objects in their brain, depending on where abouts they are. Usually it is better to remove them, in case they cause an infection, or move about and cause more damage. But sometimes if they’re very small or in a very delicate place it would do more damage to get them out, so they have to be left.
