• Question: do you have any one eles working with you

      In my last lab there were 6 of us all together. We all helped each other out loads and chatted about out work all the time but we each had our own ideas and projects that we were doing ourselves. It was a good combination as you felt you were working in a team but also could feel independent at the same time.

      I work with a couple of other people on my main project, then there are about 10 other people involved who I see every so often.
      Also I have office mates who I work with every day, but we work on different projects.

      I agree with Rachael that this is a great way to work as you get your freedom, but there are also people around if you get stuck, or want to share ideas…
