      Hi @puddleduck
      I have never seen a real brain, so I don’t need to for the research that I do.
      However, there’s still so much not understood about what different parts of the brain do, that looking at real brains will probably always be useful! They are so complicated, and with things like brain scans although we get an idea of which parts of the brain are active, it’s not definite that what we’re seeing literally translates as that part of the brain ‘doing the work’, if that makes sense.
