This is a great question.
I think nicorette is quite a good way to try and quit smoking. Although you’re still consuming nicotine, it’s the harmful chemicals released when you burn tobacco that do you the most harm. Things like tar, carbon monoxide and other horrid things go in to your lungs when you burn tobacco and breathe it in. Nicotine is the substance that you become addicted to, but it’s not the thing that does you the real damage.
