      Hi @gugugaga
I wouldn’t say always. On my profile I’ve written about various other things I wanted to be, such as:
Astronaut (no good, get air sick)
Horse rider (fell off once and cried, so never went back!)
Journalist (I’m writing a bit at the moment about science, so I’m getting to do this)
Actress (not actually that good at acting, I think I’m better at it than everyone else thinks I am, anyway!)
Rock star (I play in a couple of bands, so I’ve kind of achieved this one too)!

Hope that answers your question 🙂

      Hi @ gugugaga
No, not always. When I was younger I wanted to be a tennis player, a zoo keeper, a detective or a chef – quite varied really. Then when I started learning about the brain in science lessons I became more interested in becoming a scientist.
I’ve never tried any of the other things but I do love being a scientist!

No – when I was younger, I remember first wanting to be a doctor (which is a scientist, of course, but maybe not a researcher), and then I wanted to be a lawyer (I think because I knew they earned a lot of money and wore great robes). I figured out that I wanted to be a scientist about ten years ago or so – so I was in my mid-20’s by the time I realised!
