• Question: How do brain tumours affect the brain?

      A tumour is a bunch of fast growing cells which ‘take over’ an area of the body. When they occur in the brain, the effect that they have is very dependent on where abouts in the brain they develop.

      For example, if one develops at the front of the brain, it may affect your personality, if one develops at the back of your brain, it can alter your eyesight.
