• Question: How do you know when you have depression can you just think you have it when infact you do not

      This is a great question. Depression is quite hard to diagnose, because it’s expensive to run chemical tests to see if you have a biological basis to depression, so it’s often done just by interview.

      If you think you have depression, you will probably know about it, because it’s a lot more extreme than just feeling sad. It affects your ability to sleep, you can either spend all day unable to get up, or you can’t get to sleep at all!
