• Question: How does the brain work?

      This is a complicated question.
      The simple answer is that electrical impulses fire along neurons (brain cells) and send chemical messages across the gaps between neurons, so transmit messages and control most of your body, thoughts and actions!

      But maybe someone else can go in to more detail 🙂
      Is there anything in particular you’d like to know that the brain does?

      That is a massive question and I think that the I’m a scientist website would crash if we tried to upload a complete answer, but Suzi’s given you the basic principle.
