• Question: how has family reponded to you becoming a scientist?

      Thanks for this question!

      My family were really proud when I said I wanted to do a PhD, it was really great to have their support!

      My Mum is a geography teacher, and my Dad is a businessman, so neither of them do what I do, but they’re really pleased for me.

      Would you like to do science as a career? What do you think your family would say to that?

      My family don’t really know what I do, but they know that I really enjoy it so they are happy for me!
