• Question: How much of peoples dreams are made up of the concious mind and how much the sub-concious?

      I’m afraid I don’t know much about dreams – there have been a lot of questions about them, so why not have a look at some of those as well

      Sorry I can’t answer your question! My best guess would be that dreams help to consolidate (reinforce) memories, which is why they sometimes contain people or places that we recognise, but I don’t know whether this is right, or indeed if they also serve another purpose too.
