• Question: if you kissed someone with a catchable disease would you get it?

      It all depends on the disease (and on the kiss!).
      Some diseases can be passed on through saliva, so if it’s a ‘wet’ kiss (heh) then you would be more likely to get it, than if it was a peck on the cheek. However, quite a lot of diseases, although transferred by bodily fluids, you would be unlikely to get. They need a much longer period of contact than a kiss.
