• Question: Is there a difference between electricity produced in a child's brain and the electricity produced in an adult's brain?

      Thanks for a great question!

      The electricity produced ‘inside’ the brains of adults and children is pretty similar, but the electricity measured ‘over the head’ (like I do using a cap) can be quite different. This is mainly because as the brain grows the position of the areas producing electricity changes, so the positive and negative voltages measured over the head change.
