  Ooh, I don’t know. If you braked suddenly that would be your brain reacting, so do you mean how would it react to the crash? I guess it depends whether you hit your head when you crashed.

  It’s only a half marathon, but yes I am training hard, while I was in Cornwall over the weekend I ran from up on top of the cliff down to the beach and back up again. Back up was much harder 🙂
