I don’t know if ‘cool’ is the word I’d use (actually, I use the word cool all the time, so maybe it would be!), but it’s really really interesting to look at how different substances affect the brain.
In a lot of my research I’m more looking at how they affect our behaviour, rather than the brain directly, but it’s all really interesting.
Do you think you’d find it cool to do this kind of research?

i think it would be cool because you get tolook at brains and study people and also how do you study thier behavior do you go and tell people to get drunk or high or to you pick people off the street

We can either ask people which they do, or if you can get ethical approval you can give people the drug and watch them. Someone else asked me how I research cannabis – here’s the question – have a look at that:

Not in any of my experiments(!), and they’d only be paid for their time, not paid a lot of money!
