      Hi @kaboom2
      Great question!
We need it for all sorts of things. Without memory we wouldn’t be able to learn, so we’d never be able to speak because we wouldn’t be able to remember how to do it, or any words to say!

We also need it to be able to socially interact with other people, without a memory we wouldn’t have been able to evolve to live in the complex societies we live in today.

In simple terms, we probably wouldn’t be able to live at all or look after ourselves if we couldn’t remember anything!

Hope this answers your question, what do you think is the most important thing about memory?
