      Thanks for the question!
      From the outside, it can be hard to see what music has to do with science, but there are certain things that link the two. For example, the pitches of musical notes are defined by waves of sound, their differing frequencies make different pitches. An octave difference in pitch relates to a wavelength twice (or half) the size. This is why some pitches go well together, and some sound nasty, it’s to do with the physics of their frequencies!
