• Question: When you fall asleep, you dont move (much) when infact your brain is really alive?

      good question! Although the brain is quite active while you’re asleep, it’s active in a very different way to when you’re awake. The reason you don’t move much is thought to be that your body gets temporarily paralysed to stop you from acting out your dreams!
